I recently purchased an Erik Kucera drawing for my home. I am so
pleased that
my husband and I decided to go to an art show last month. We were
really looking for something with a tropical theme. We expected to find
the same boring palm trees and shell drawings that are so typically
indicative
to south Florida. Happily we were pleasantly suprised when we came
across Erik's work. The minute we saw Erik's drawing of four palm trees
basking in the glow of
a big, bright sunshiney orange sun, we fell in love with it and just
knew that
it would be a perfect addition to our Florida home! His signature
checkerboard
border was just the right touch to make the piece stand out from all
the
others. We have since recieved many compliments on our newest
collection of art. We
are hoping to find another "Gem" at the Art Walk in Delray
tommorow night. Our goal is to have a Kucera in every room in our
house!"

" I recently received a Kucera as a
gift. My friend had a picture commissioned for my birthday from Mr.
Kucera. The picture was a beautiful painting of the Jamaican Flag (my
home country). Upon opening the package and seeing what it was, I
literally felt something in me that cannot be described. It was a sense
of pride and honor. Just to think that this artist from Slovakia was
able to create something so special and touching for me, really made my
day. I have to send my many thanks to Erik Kucera, to whom I will
always be grateful.
